ShadowSuite’s interface to the Bank of New York’s Government Securities Clearing
Exchange (GSCX) system has been designed so that the user will no longer need
to use The Bank of New York Terminal on a day-to-day basis. The primary
processing screen for The Bank of New York interface provides a one-stop display
showing all items grouped appropriately by their statuses. Inherent filtering criteria
allows for quick and easy drill down to the desired item(s). All items are time-stamped
on any status changes received for an item and color coding of items draws attention
to those items that require attention.
The Bank of New York Statistics window allows managers to acquire an overview
of the day’s settlement processing and if needed start and stop the interface.
