Shadow and its Affiliates, as defined below, collect personal information for permissible business purposes to assist in meeting our customers’ needs. For example, your IP address provides Shadow with non-personally identifiable information about how you entered the Internet, namely through your Internet service provider, your company, or some other source, and can permit Shadow to identify the frequency with which you visit the Website. Do Not Track.

Shadow does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. Therefore, Shadow does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. Some third party sites, however, do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser should allow you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) are informed that you do not want to be tracked.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction Of This Agreement.

The Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions of Shadow are made under, and will be construed according to, the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A., without reference to the choice of law principles thereof. Any dispute arising out of the Terms of Use or the Privacy Notice shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, notwithstanding any conflicts of law principles. Shadow makes no representation that this Privacy Policy and such practices comply with the laws of any other state or country. The exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation required to resolve any disputes under this Privacy Policy shall be in the courts of the State of New Jersey, and each Party consents to the jurisdiction of such courts in New Jersey, and waives objection to venue laid therein.
